Owner Eric Schabacker has been a songwriter since the mid sixties. As such, he has written hundreds of songs comprising numerous styles and formats. In the past several years he has been the recipient of nearly forty awards from international and national song competitions including the John Lennon, Billboard & Unisong Songwriting Contests as well as the USA Songwriting Competition. As a service to any interested writer, whether recording  at Winterwood or not, Eric will review their original songs and  arrangements. During this process, suggestions will be offered  that may clarify and / or otherwise strengthen the material. After the review, the writer can then consider what was offered and address these issues in any subsequent rewrites.
